自动型薄刀机

送纸部：

1、纸板尺寸调节采用丝杆调整机构，一人操作，简易。

2、方便可调码纸台，   地适应各种纸板，而且送纸稳定准确。

3、进纸皮带采用橡胶无缝带，摩擦力大，寿命长，低噪音，易保养，经济效益高。

4、双张力控制，方便。

5、传动轴采用花纹辊，增加与输纸皮带的摩擦，纸板输送顺畅高速。

分切部：

1、分切前后分别采用双胶轴近距离送纸(前后胶轴轴距325mm)，后压线成型，调整方便，可实现不压线单独分板，克服了后压线易跑偏现象。

2、采用电动调整刀距，气动自动锁紧，提高机器的自动化程度，使用方便，调整准确，省工省时，降低劳动强度。

3、分切部：采用钨钢合金刀片，刀锋锋利.使用寿命长，分切出的纸板切口整齐，无压裂，无毛刺。

4、压痕部：采用五点压线，压痕间隙同步调整.线型美观，不爆线，易于折弯。

5、磨刀装置采用自动和手动两种气动磨刀方式，可边磨刀边工作，提高工作效率。

6、电器采用国内或   产品，性能。

Feeding section：
