GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞纸板印刷分压切角开槽机

GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞纸板印刷分压切角开槽机能一次性完成瓦楞纸板印刷、切角、开槽、滚线、修边等多道工序(可配打孔、打扣手装置)。GYK系列高速水墨瓦楞纸板印刷分压切角开槽机装备了电动相位调整装置，数字表显示(还可设置参数)，使机器在运转时可以纵向调整印刷位置和切角开槽位置，节约了调整时间，提高了印刷精度和生产效率。

GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞纸板印刷分压切角开槽机采用自动锁紧，电动离合，分开自动刹车，印刷、开槽位置不错位。该机为气动抬板，气冲上墨，并配备自动导墨装置，   地了机器间歇时水墨变干影响印刷效果的不利因素，具有具有外观新颖、操作方便、印刷清晰准确、干的快等特点。

GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞纸板印刷分压切角开槽机的功能：

1、印刷辊及压印辊均采用   钢材，表面研磨，镀硬铬。

2、动平衡校正，运转平稳。

3、装卸印刷版，脚踏开关电动控制正反转。

4、印刷压辊间隙手动调整，刻度盘显示。

5、相位调整机构，行星式齿轮结构。

6、印刷相位采用PLC、触摸屏控制及电动数字式360度调整自动对版，自动归零，高速调相位。

7、印刷相位固定装置，采用气压式刹车机构。当机台分离或调整相位时，刹车机构限制机台转动，保持原有齿轮位置固定点。

8、印刷辊横向调整距离共20mm。

9、橡胶辊：钢管表面包裹橡胶。橡胶辊中高研磨，传墨效果好。

10、设有墨辊自转电机，防止主机停止时水墨干涸。
