功能与特点:

◆整机墙板采用抗振性能优良的铸铁材料，厚度达到50mm,保护了传动平稳，齿轮啮合准确;并由精度适宜加工中心- -次制作而成，提高机器精度。安装时采用细致水平仪定位找正。

◆所有传动轴、辊材质均为优良钢，精度适宜动平衡调整校正，使机器传送更平稳;所有传动轴、辊表面抛光镀硬铬，增加实用度。

◆全部传动齿轮采用合金钢，剃齿加工。

◆整机采用免键连接环，取消连接间隙，适合长期高速印刷。关键传动部位采用优良细致轴承，使用寿命长。

◆齿轮传动采用喷淋式循环润滑供油系统，双油泵设计，循环供油，油平面自动平衡，无需定期放油，不会造成溢油现象。

◆整机各机组采用电动分合，气动锁紧，分开时自动刹车，确认印刷位置不错位。( 注:该机每组配备行走电机单独移动)

◆整机移位时持续响铃警示。

◆PLC、多功能触摸屏变频控制各印刷单元及模切相位调整，显示直观准确，操作简便。

◆整机各机组之间采用上方走线;元件采用众多地区优良:如西门子接触器、台湾复盛空压机、武汉金长江隔膜泵、陕西咸阳超过离合器、哈尔滨轴承。

Function and characteristic:

◆Cast iron of good anti-seismic performance with the thickness of 50mm is used for the wall of the machine to ensure steady ransmission and accurate joint of the gears. It is processed and finished by the high precision machining center at a time,to increase the accuracy. The accurate level gauge is used to adjust when installing the machine.

◆Good quality of steel is used for all the transmission shatts and rlls, high precision dynamic balance adjustment to ensure the steady ransmission; AI the transmission shatts and rlls are polished and plated hard chrome to make sure of the durability,

◆Al transmission gears adopt high qulity aly steel, gear shaving processing. The whole machine adopts from key link, eliminate connection clearance,suitable for long-term high speed printing. The key transmission part is made of high qulity precision bearing. long service lfe.

◆Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, two oll pumps, and circulating oil supply, sell-poise of the level of oll. There is no need to let out the oil, and no leaking of ol will happen.

◆Electric separation and unite of the sections of the machine. Pneumatic lock， auto brake when separate to guarantee no printing dislocation 。

◆The alam rings continuously when the machine moves to ensure safety of the workers.

◆PLC.multitunction touching screen frequency converter control of the phase adjustment in the printing section, die- cutting section. Easy to operate and control
