功能与特点: Function and characteristic:

◆滚轮式前缘送纸结构、多轮、多点式吸风送纸，摩擦力大，速度高，送纸平稳，准确。

◆吸风变频调整风量，风压可根据纸板大小进行调整，增加薄纸板及曲翘纸板传动稳定性，准确性。

◆送纸胶轴，采用气压式弹性送纸，不破坏瓦楞纸板强度。

◆整机齿轮采用40Cr锻造，高频淬火处理，磨齿;采用喷淋式自动润滑，大的提高了运转精度及使用寿命。

◆模切胶垫采用美国CUE公司进货，安装调换方便，模切刀口平整光滑，使用寿命长，可达1200万次左右，大的降低了生产成本。

◆模切胶垫辊采用机械式横移装置左右移动40mm,并有气动装控制刀模上下移动，延长胶垫使用寿命。

◆自动线速度补偿，使优力胶垫均匀磨损，并配有胶垫用心服务系统，胶垫可多次使用。

◆送纸侧挡板及后挡箱位均为电脑及电动控制。

◆辊筒采用优良钢，内部调质，表面研磨，镀硬络，并作动平衡校正，运转平稳。

◆模切辊相位，相位调整采用行星齿轮式结构，PLC触摸屏控制及电动数字式360度调整。
