320S(360S)吸附式单面机功能特点：

1、SF320S设计速度：120m/min。

2、SF360S设计速度：150m/min。

4、楞辊：由320(由360)mm。

5、320S(360S)吸附式单面机驱动减速箱采用浸油润滑，减小噪音，万向节传动，隔离动力源(选装)。

6、上瓦辊，压力辊，涂胶辊升降，均以气动控制。

7、导纸方式采用真空吸附，带风量调节装置，保持高速状态下瓦楞楞型的稳定。

8、瓦辊，压力辊轴承采用润滑脂润滑。

9、涂胶部采用自动循环供胶。

10、上下瓦楞辊采用48CrMo合金钢，经过热处理或碳化钨处理，硬度在HR58L60，表面经研磨。

11、涂胶辊表面经过网纹刻花及镀铬处理。

12、手动或电动隔胶装置。

13、涂胶部停机可独立运转或不独立运转两种方式。

单面机单面(见坑)纸板往下翘时，要关闭单面机上瓦楞纸预热辊热源，同时打开一个或两个里纸预热辊热源，在不脱胶的情况下，相应提高车速。仍有翘曲时需增加里纸预热辊热源或加大里纸预热辊筒上的包角，还有翘曲时，就得对瓦楞原纸采取喷雾加湿办法处理，使其瓦纸水份与里纸水份接近一致。单面纸板S型翘曲，一般是原纸水份分布不均衡造成，可分别根据翘曲情况，按照上述翘曲原因调节涂胶量或局部对水份太低的原纸进行喷雾加湿处理。好在开机前先用水分测试仪分别测量里(芯)、瓦纸的含水率，再针对不同的含水率分别控制各辊筒的温度。一般来说，纸板下机时，让它保持微向上(瓦纸)翘曲，并采取正反堆放法，约一小时以后，纸板会恢复平整状态。
