◆滚轮式前缘送纸结构、多轮、多点式吸风送纸，摩擦力大，速度高，送纸平稳，准确。

◆吸风变频调整风量，风压可根据纸板大小进行调整，增加薄纸板及曲翘纸板传动稳定性，准确性。

◆整机齿轮采用40Cr锻造，高频淬火处理，磨齿;采用喷淋式自动润滑，提高了运转精度及使用寿命。

◆整机传动部位(轴、齿连接处),均采用免键连接，取消连接间隙，适合大扭矩长期高速运转。

◆上压线轮包裹聚氨酯， 不会损坏纸板。

◆单轴双刀开槽，箱高调整采用PLC及数字式电动调整，触摸屏控制。

◆开槽相位采用PLC触摸屏调整， 停机及运行均可调整。

◆开槽刀座及压线轮横向移动采用同步电动调整。PLC触摸屏调整，直接输入纸箱尺寸，自动调整。

◆压线间隙及刀轴间隙调整采用自锁结构。

各开槽刀座横移有防碰撞保护装置(电子式)

开槽刀宽度7mm,合金材质，经热处理，研磨，齿形开槽刀，双片式修边刀，刀口锋利，精度好。

◆选装:“开槽革命"口碑技术，提高开槽精度，无毛刺，不挑角，效果堪比模切。

Slotting knife holder and careasing rller lateral movement adopts synchronous elecric adjustment PLC touch screen adustment, directinput the carton stze, atomatic adjustment.

line pressing space and blade shaft space adopt sl-locking strucure adjustment
