功能与特点

◆工作参数为电脑△文本显示器配载PLC编码器预存单据，不用计算尺寸实现速度适宜换单。

◆负压式前缘吸附送纸系统，工作平稳，送纸准确，不损伤纸板。

◆碰刀传动系统采用无键联接，压囊尺寸深浅可谓，线宽6- -20mm,任意调整。

◆硬度好齿轮材质为20Cmo,经过多次热处理加工而成，精度好、寿命长，传动准确。

◆该机人机界面清晰、操作简单、容易。所生产的产品精度好，采用前缘吸附送纸，使批量生产首张与末张纸板的箱高尺寸精度误差+0.5mm,由于纸板纵向送纸，而使纸板长度不受限制。

◆送纸胶轮为分体式，只压于箱盖，使成箱压力不减，本机胶轮是胶辊基地冀州生产。采用丁晴橡胶，老化性，有力的，使纸板进出不受损伤。
